Bible Text: Exodus 13:17-14:31 | Speaker: Pastor James Hinton | Series: Exodus
Like any epic adventure, Exodus introduces a cast of memorable characters: kings and princes, masters and slaves.
We have met Pharaoh, the seething tyrant whose mood could change without warning.
We have met Shiphrah and Puah, the crafty midwives who saved the sons of Israel from infanticide.
We have met Jochebed, the mother who put her baby in a basket, as well as the princess who found him there.
We have met Aaron, who had a way with words, and his brother Moses, that mountain man of a prophet.
But there is a character in this true story who is more compelling than all the rest of them combined. He is infinitely amazing and endlessly fascinating–someone altogether unique.
